Floor: Crafted from full tongue-and-groove boards, with sturdy floor bearers running lengthwise approximately 1 foot apart. These bearers allow proper airflow to keep the floor dry. It’s important to avoid blocking the gaps, as this could lead to dampness and potential damage to the shed.

Walls: Built with a solid pine frame, cladded using tongue-and-groove pine shiplap or feather edge for durability and aesthetics.

​

Roof: Constructed with tongue-and-groove shiplap and covered with high-quality shed felt for weatherproofing.

​

Frame: Made from 45mm x 32mm finished pine, with smooth, rounded edges on all four corners.

​

Door: Features tongue-and-groove shiplap construction, fitted with a standard hasp and staple. Doors are 30 inches wide, with height varying based on the shed design.

​

Windows: Standard windows are fixed and made with 3mm horticultural glass, measuring 18 inches x 24 inches. Toughened glass is available as an optional upgrade.

​

Tongue-and-Groove Boards: Precision-made pine tongue-and-groove shiplap boards, sized at 12mm x 120mm.

​

Treatment: All sheds (except those made with tanalised timber) come with an initial coat of treatment. We strongly recommend applying additional treatment after assembly and re-treating annually to maintain durability.

Please Note:

• All buildings are approximately 4 inches shorter than the stated dimensions. For example, an 8’ x 6’ shed will have a floor size of 92” x 68”.

• Timber measurements are provided as finished sizes after machining.
   

Important Information

Access: Before ordering, ensure there’s adequate access to deliver and position the shed panels. If access is restricted—such as through a house, under height-limited side access, or a covered alleyway—please inform us during ordering so we can offer appropriate advice and options.

​

Timber: As timber is a natural material, it may shrink or expand with changes in weather or temperature. This can result in knot holes or cracks, which are part of the natural aging process and beyond our control.

​

Roof: The felt we use is specifically designed for garden sheds. Temperature changes may cause occasional wrinkling, which does not impact the material’s performance or quality.

​

Base: A level base is essential for shed stability. Ideal bases include concrete, paving slabs, or our recommended raft system. If you need guidance on base preparation, please ask for advice.

2. Determine the door’s location, preferred hinge side, and any optional extras.

3. Call us on our national hotline to place your order. Our knowledgeable team will confirm the details, help you make the right choice, and provide a delivery date. On the delivery day, we’ll notify you of the approximate time.
    

Payment Options:

• Preferred: Bank transfer.

• Alternative: Credit or debit card payment via a secure link provided at the time of ordering.

• For large or custom orders, a deposit can be arranged, with the balance payable before delivery. For cash payments, please contact us for details.
